Everyone from Muhammad Ali, to Mike Tyson and Floyd Mayweather, have fought in the United States ... so when Eddie Hearn says the upcoming "Riyadh Season" event in L.A., featuring a bunch of top-notch fights, as well as a performance by Eminem, will be the biggest in the history of boxing in 'Merica, that's saying a lot!

"I mean, it's the biggest night of boxing I think America's ever seen," Hearn told Babcock on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs nightly on FS1).

The August 3 event goes down at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles ... and features a main event bout between Terence Crawford and Israil Madrimov, in addition to scraps between Andy Ruiz and Jarrell "Big Baby" Miller, Jared Anderson and Martin Bakole, "Pitbull" Cruz and Jose Valenzuela, amongst other compelling matchups.

Mike Perry pulled out all the stops to troll Jake Paul ahead of their big fight on Saturday ... commissioning a custom pendant showing El Gallo getting his bell rung -- and it's quite the pricey piece.

Perry's been proudly sporting the new jewelry leading up to the bout ... rocking it at his open workout and press conference for the showdown in Tampa, FL.

The pendant shows Jake's face covered with bloody cuts and a boxing glove on his left cheek ... something Perry's hoping to do in the ring at Amalie Arena in a few hours.

Mike Perry will be across from Jake Paul in just over 24 hours (more on that in a minute), but before fight night Platinum made a huge announcement, telling us he's launching his very own combat sports promotion, Dirty Boxing Championship!

"We are friends for fighters and fans," 32-year-old Perry told Babcock on the TMZ Sports TV show (airs nightly on FS1).

"Me and my team have been working on this for quite some time," Mike added. "We've tried to hint at this, we've been making way and we're ready to make the announcement that this is coming very soon. We're very close to being sanctioned by commissions and we're ready to get some athletes and get a card together and put a fight on sometime this year."

Jake Paul's latest fight bet offer was immediately rejected ... with "Platinum" Mike Perry refusing to agree to get a "W" face tattoo if he loses on Saturday night.

El Gallo -- who's known to put wild, sometimes permanent, wagers on the line with his boxing opponents -- laid out the terms of his proposition at Thursday's press conference ... saying if he ends up getting his second career L, he'll rematch Perry in Bare Knuckle FC. But if Jake wins, Perry would have to sport his men's care brand logo on his mug for the rest of his life.

The crowd let out a collective cheer ... and Perry responded by trashing the fans in attendance before slamming the door on the bet.

Don't worry UFC fans, if Paddy Pimblett has it his way ... he'll be sticking around the UFC once his current contract with the promotion runs out, telling TMZ Sports the UFC is the place he wants to be!!!

We caught up with Paddy "The Baddy" as the star MMA fighter prepares for his upcoming bout vs. Bobby "King" Green at UFC 304 in Manchester, England. A fight, for Pimblett, which could mark the last with Dana White's promotion ... 'cause it's the last on his deal.

Paddy's been asked about his future in recent interviews, and some have perceived him to be signaling a desire to go elsewhere.

Rob Lowe is sharing his favorite Tom Cruise story ... and it ends with Rob being knocked out cold.

The actor says he and Tom used to box when they were teenagers filming "The Outsiders" way back in the day ... and Tom got the better of him in one memorable sparring session.

As Rob recently explained on "The Rich Eisen Show" ... he was 17 years old and Tom was 18 when they filmed the movie together. He says they would work out, jog and box together while they were holed up in a hotel on location ... and the testosterone was flowing.

Spain secured a record-breaking fourth Euro championship with a win over England on Sunday, but the action didn't stop after the final whistle -- as fans of both squads got in an intense physical altercation following the match.

The Daily Mail obtained video of the wild brawl that went down in the streets of Germany following Spain's 2-1 win over the Three Lions ... showing a man get brutally knocked out and falling to the ground -- joining another man who was already laid out earlier in the scuffle.

A shirtless man was also captured on camera wielding some sort of object ... swinging it at other individuals and chasing them away from the area.

The start of the Copa América final on Sunday was delayed by over an hour after unruly fans created absolute chaos outside of the event ... and people's behavior didn't get much better once action finally got underway -- as parts of the stadium were left destroyed.

The highly anticipated Argentina vs. Colombia game was slated to kick off at 5 PM PT at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami ... but when supporters from both sides bum-rushed gates in an effort to illegally gain entrance to the contest, officials put a pause on everything.

DaBaby's taking a plea deal in his 2020 felony battery case ... and we’ve learned the "Rockstar" rapper won't have to do any time for allegedly sucker punching Gary Pagar, the homeowner of a music video shoot location.

DaBaby wasn't in the L.A. County court Thursday, but pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery through his lawyer, Blair Berk, and was sentenced to one-year probation, in addition to time served.

DaBaby was also ordered to pay $10k restitution, to stay 100 yards from Pagar, and is forbidden from possessing firearms and deadly weapons during the probation period.

The ending of the Uruguay vs. Colombia Copa América game took an ugly turn ... as Darwin Núñez was so furious with some opposing fans, he actually rushed into the stands to brawl with them.

The wild scene happened at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte ... just after Colombia had won the semifinal contest, 1-0.

Video from the field shows some Colombian supporters were duking it out in the first rows of the venue with some Uruguayan fans ... when Núñez suddenly climbed up the railing and got involved in the fracas.

Danny Trejo's infamous Fourth of July brawl is now with authorities as cops investigate it as a potential hate crime -- especially after the actor claimed he and his buddy were targeted because of their race.

LAPD sources tell TMZ a battery/hate crimes report has been filed to investigate the incident at the Sunland-Tujunga parade last week ... and authorities are aiming to get to the bottom of what happened.

Multiple videos showing Dutch and English fans getting into altercations were spreading all over social media prior to Wednesday's contest. In one video, fans are seen outside a bar and restaurant throwing punches, chairs, and bottles at each other.

All of this is happening in the City of Dortmund -- not too far from the Netherlands border. It is estimated that around 80,000 Dutch fans have descended on the city to support their team, with UK police saying groups of "risk supporters" are amongst the fans looking to cause problems.

Bhad Bhabie says she's confused at the reaction she received after posting video of her getting thrown to the ground by her boyfriend, Le Vaughn, and then revealing a horrendous eye injury ... she says she never said she was staying with him, but the reality is ... that's essentially what she said.

Someone who saw the footage commented on BB's most recent post, "If you cared you'd leave that man. He will abuse you in front of her."
