San Francisco 49ers star Nick Bosa is putting his luxurious condo on the market ... and it's a family affair -- 'cause his mom is the listing agent!!

TMZ Sports has learned ... the All-Pro defensive end is parting ways with the 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom pad in his hometown of Fort Lauderdale, FL -- and he's seeking a solid $1.75 million for the joint.

But it's not just a roof and four walls the next owner is getting -- the condo comes with a private beach, a top-notch kitchen with high-quality appliances, a wine fridge, a built-in espresso maker and marble and wood floors.

Former Dallas Cowboys linebacker Anthony Barr is the latest celeb Angeleno to fall victim to crime ... law enforcement tells TMZ Sports his L.A.-area pad was burglarized on Friday.

We're told the four-time Pro Bowler's crib was hit at around 2 AM ... when, according to our sources, three men smashed through a rear window and then ransacked the place.

Barr's security cameras, our sources say, caught the action -- and police were quickly notified. By the time the LAPD officers got to the scene, however, the burglars were gone.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck aren't even trying to hide it anymore -- they've now publicly listed their Beverly Hills mansion for a whopping $68 million ... a huge total, but one that might leave them in the red on the deal.

The massive Lake Fire that is blazing through SoCal reached Neverland Ranch on Tuesday ... but fire crews were able to save the property, TMZ has learned!

Capt. Scott Safechuck, spokesman for the Santa Barbara County Fire Department, tells TMZ the wildfire ... which so far has scorched more than 26,000 acres ... reached the iconic -- and infamous -- Michael Jackson estate.

A damage assessment is currently underway on the sprawling property ... but SS tells TMZ that no major damage appears to have been inflicted ... SS also noted there were no reports of injuries from the crew battling at Neverland.

Neverland Ranch is under serious threat from a huge SoCal wildfire, but Michael Jackson fans should not worry ... 'cause fire crews and heavy-duty equipment are already there to keep the iconic property safe.

As TMZ previously reported ... the gigantic Lake Fire in Santa Barbara is burning toward MJ's infamous ranch, fueled by the dry land conditions and sweltering heatwave and now mass evacuations are underway.

Capt. Scott Safechuck, spokesman for the Santa Barbara County Fire Department, tells TMZ the blaze is a big-time threat to Neverland ... which is why dozens of firefighters are already there -- including multiple fire trucks and bulldozers. Fire aircraft is also in the area, ready to respond!

Rick Springfield is dealing with an unwanted pest ... cops say an overzealous female fan made her way onto his property on more than one occasion.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a woman in her 40s was determined to meet the rock legend, showing up at his Los Angeles-area home twice in the last week. We're told the fan talked her way into Rick's gated community ... telling security she was his maid.

Though the fan didn't interact with Rick, we're told she did make her way to his door the 2nd time ... where she chatted up one of Rick's sons. Sounds like Rick's kid didn't take his 1982 anthem, "Don't Talk to Strangers," to heart!!!

Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch was threatened with foreclosure, but his Estate was able to step in and save it. The Estate now has a more formidable job against Mother Nature.

A seemingly unstoppable blaze is becoming perilously close to MJ's famous/notorious ranch in Santa Barbara County. It's called the Lake Fire, and it's caused a mad scramble with evacuations in its path.

The blaze has spread to more than 12,000 acres in areas thick with brush ... which in the heat of SoCal makes it more than problematic.

Trey Parker's ex-wife, Boogie Parker, is the latest victim in a string of burglaries hitting L.A.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... two burglars broke into Boogie's home, where she lives with her and Trey's daughter Betty, just before 9 PM last month -- with the scary situation caught on their alarm company's camera.

The LAPD rushed to the scene along with armed security to search the home.

Bodybuilder Simeon Panda is the latest to fall victim to the rash of celebrity burglaries in Los Angeles ... TMZ Sports has learned the star bodybuilder's crib was recently hit by multiple thieves.

Our sources tell us the L.A. home of 38-year-old Panda, a YouTuber and competitive bodybuilder, was broken into by three masked men in mid-June ... with the burglars breaking in using a back glass door.

Fortunately, Simeon, who wasn't home at the time (or perhaps fortunate for the burglars), had an alarm and security cameras ... and he was quickly alerted to the intrusion. Cops were called, however, despite a quick response, the men were already gone by the time police arrived.

A not-so-funny situation for Marlon Wayans and his famously comedic family -- cops say his L.A.-area crib is the latest target of burglars.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Marlon wasn't home, but his brother Keenen Ivory Wayans was around 2:30 AM last Saturday when 2 brazen thieves hit the house.
