Singapore Airlines flight SQ 321 was bound for Singapore from London when it hit severe turbulence, leading to the death of a British tourist who was travelling to Australia. Dozens were injured, including eight Australians, after passengers reported a 'dramatic drop' that launched those not wearing a seatbelt into the cabin ceiling
