Hi, I had my hair done today by the director (who is the lady). I wanted my hair short and it was superb. I looked different but I like my new look, even with a perm which I have not done for years! well first of all i must said that the staffs at Hairdo Beauty parlor are very polite as they will greet u when u first step in. But the skills sucks. I booked appointment for Director 2 wks ago and called again on the night before my appointment at 10.30am with the Director which my fren recommdended, well i dnt know how many director or directors are there in Hairdo but in most of the salon theres only one. The lady asked me if im in for the 11pm appointment which i answered Yes, and im late. I did called in earlier and inform that i will be late. Then a guy served me... he is nice n polite but the skills sucks.. I told him to design a hairdo tat suits me n told him i wan to perm my hair n touch up on my color.( at that time i dntknow who is the Director as its my first trip there ) he said ok i will perm for u from the ear onwards. but he put the roller very near to the scalp which i asked him ( like how u perm Phua Chu Kang Hair ) ,i asked him u said perm from ear downwards how come u put the rollers so high up, it shld be around the ears. he said dont worried.. the first roll of each roller is usually not curly, it start from the 2nd. and after spend 400plus there, i ended up with a hairdo that look like auntie.. this really made me very upset as how am i doing to do this ugly hairdo for chinese new year? Even my mom said i look even nicer before, what did i do to my hair? My fren who recommended me this salon said the other lady is the boss which is the director but she dont even bother to serve me?nor look at m? .Im not going to this salon anymore. I dont care about the money spent if this make u look nice and not make u look even older than before u step in to this salon.
