Your QR code is sent to the email address you provided us in your order. If you can’t see an email from Spark in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

If you're having trouble scanning the QR code:

  • Make sure you're connected to WiFi.
  • Instead of scanning the QR code using your Camera app, go through the Settings menu on your phone.
  • Check that you're using the correct QR code that was emailed to you when you placed the order.
  • Try scanning the QR code again.

If the eSIM profile download fails partway through, restart your device and try downloading the profile again.

Your mobile data might not work after you set up an eSIM profile if you still have a physical SIM card in your device. If mobile data is not working after setting up eSIM, try removing the card from your device, then and restarting it.

When switching from a physical SIM to an eSIM on the same device, your call might fail if the physical SIM card is set as the primary profile.

  • Remove your physical SIM card, or set the eSIM as the primary profile.  Check if you have a physical SIM card and an eSIM (dual SIM). If both are turned off, the call will fail.
  • Make sure the profile you want to use for calling is turned on and set as the primary profile.

Once you have installed the eSIM, it will be considered used. No refunds will be provided.
