Buy a Prepaid pack or extra
Find out how to buy text, data or minutes for your Spark Prepaid mobile. You can buy them in packs, or specific types as extras. In the Spark app you can also set it up to auto-renew your pack or extra when it expires.
Buy a pack or extra in the Spark app
You’ll need the latest version of the Spark app.
Sign in with your Spark ID (the same email address and password you use for MySpark online) or register if don’t have one. If you need some help, see Set up and use the Spark app
Buy a pack or extra
- Choose MySpark from the menu button and select the Usage tab.
- Select Buy pack or extra. If you don’t see this option, tap on the message about your usage.
- Choose the pack or extra you want to add
- Select a saved card or choose a payment method.
- Choose if you want to auto renew the pack or extra when it expires .
- Review and confirm your purchase.
- We’ll send you a text message to let you know when your pack or extra is ready to use.
Set up auto renew
- Choose MySpark from the menu button and select the Products tab.
- Select your Prepaid mobile number.
- Scroll to Auto renew and select Set up.
- Select a saved card or choose a payment method.
- Review and confirm your auto renew.
Cancel auto renew
- Choose MySpark from the menu button and select the Products tab.
- Select your Prepaid mobile number.
- Select Cancel auto renew.

- You can buy a pack or extra in MySpark online. Sign in to MySpark
- Some extras have text codes. Text the code for the extra to 258. See available extras with text codes
