Samsung EPP Campaign is organized by Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn. Bd. ("Samsung"). The terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy posted on this site will be construed as the terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") of this Campaign on which Samsung offers you ("Customer") access to and use of this site for the purposes of this Campaign.

1) The sale transaction in this Campaign is between Samsung SDS Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“SDS”) and Customer. Samsung only provides the recommended retail price ("RRP") and redemption guidance on this site.

2) Customer agrees to comply with all the above when accessing or using this site. The scope of this Terms and Conditions is limited to Samsung's role of hosting this site and organizing this Campaign only.

3) Samsung reserves the rights to change any products applicable to this Campaign without any prior notice

4) Samsung reserves the right to change the delivery period without prior notice and shall not be liable for any changes to the delivery period.

5) All the promotions are default to be started at 10am on the first day of the campaign.

6) Purchases made from EPP are not entitled to participate in other running promotions such as trade in, in-store promo, or gift with purchase redemption via Samsung Redemption Management System (RMS).

7) In the event of an electronic, computer, operational and/or technical error affecting the details or pricing or quantity of the product or any promotion on the website, Samsung reserves the absolute rights to rectify such error and/or cancel any transaction which has been entered into in reliance of the said error.

8) The standard product warranty coverage as per terms and conditions stated in the official corporate website at http://www.samsung.com/my/support/warranty. Customer is advised to check the website from time to time and stay informed for any changes on the terms and conditions of the warranty.

9) Any request to change the colour of the model or free gift will not be entertained once the payment has made.

10) The quantity of Samsung Product(s) or free gift(s) in this Campaign is on “first-come, first-served” basis and also subject to stock availability.

11) In the event of e-voucher:

• E-voucher redemption is limited to one (1) transaction per customer.
• E-voucher is not exchangeable for cash and is not transferrable.
• E-voucher code is applicable for one (1) time use only.
• E- voucher code is not valid for use after the expiry date.
• E-Voucher cannot be stacked, clubbed or combined for use in a single transaction.
• No cash alternatives or refund will be offered in lieu of e-voucher entitlement. E-voucher cannot be combined and accumulated.
• Samsung will not reimburse, compensate or otherwise be held responsible for any lost, stolen or deleted E-voucher.
• Once user has placed a redemption and it is accepted by SME, his/her redemption request cannot be revoked, cancelled or be exchanged. Once you have redeemed your E-voucher, they will be considered extinguish and strictly cannot be reinstated.
• Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn Bhd (“SME”) shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) for personal injury when is suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting or using and of the E-voucher.
• SME reserves the right to alter, cancel, extend, terminate or suspend the e-voucher or any part thereof or any part of the applicable terms and condition from time to time without any prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the e-voucher, the decision of SME shall be final.
• By redeeming the E-voucher, user agrees to release and hold SME and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the e-voucher redemption or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the e-voucher or from any gift-related activity, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
• SME will not assume any responsibility or liability for the e-voucher and SME expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties or endorsement, implied or express, written or oral, of the e-voucher offered under this reward, including but not limited to any warranty of quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, health and safety. The e-voucher is offered solely by the merchant under such terms and conditions as may be determined by the merchant. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the gift offered by the merchant shall be resolved by the users directly with the merchant.

12) The promotions, offers and prices are not valid for any purchases made other than via EPP.

13) Samsung and/or SDS reserves the right to cancel any order placed by Customer without any prior notice. For avoidance of doubt, any cancellation of orders will not entitle the Customer to any compensation against Samsung and/or SDS for any losses or damages directly or indirectly that may be suffered or incurred by the Customer as a result of the cancellation.

14) The Customer shall assume full responsibility in case of any accident, damage or claim resulting from participating this Campaign and shall fully indemnify and hold Samsung (and our affiliates and subsidiaries) harmless from any claim or demand made by himself/herself or any third party due to or arising out of his/her breach of any of the Terms and Conditions, improper use of the site or breach of any law or the rights of a third party.

15) During the Campaign Period, Samsung may collect consumers information including personal information in the form of, among others, survey forms, redemption of free gift forms, interviews, audio recordings, visual recordings and photographs (whether on our own or by appointed service provided) taken during the Campaign. By participating in the Campaign, you agree that the collection of such information will be processed, handled and use in accordance with the Samsung Privacy Policy at http://www.samsung.com/my/info/privacy.html.
