How to open a new support request

Here are the steps you should take in order to access the 1-on-1 support we provide for our WordPress themes.

Log in

First, you need a ProteusThemes Dashboard account. If you bought any of our themes on this website, the account was created during the purchase and you have already received the login details at your email address.

However, if you bought our theme elsewhere, the account is created for you when you register the theme on your domain. Alternatively, you can manually register an account.

Open a new ticket

After you have logged in, you can open a new support ticket going to the Support tab and then click the Open a new ticket button:

Reset a password

If you already have a ProteusThemes Dashboard account but you forgot your username, password, or both, you can recover it on our password-reset page.
