Gruffalo Sensory Table, sensory activity for ages 2-3 inspired by the story the Gruffalo’s many meals, owl icecream - shaving foam, scrambled snake - green raffia and yarn, roasted fox - brown fur material, and finally the little brown mouse’s feast of Gruffalo crumble - purple triangular card and egg box sections. The children were encouraged to take turns at retelling the story with the picture card prompts, then began to feed the Gruffalo and their practioners the many meals from the story.
