30min · 8 servings This gochujang bacon needs only 4 ingredients and 5 minutes of prep. You end up with spicy, sweet, smoky, super yummy bacon that will blow people away. Add this one to your 4th of July menu for a fun twist on the grill! Ingredients • 1 lb bacon, preferably thick-cut • 2 tbls gochujang (Korean pepper paste) – you can substitute miso for a non-spicy version • 2 tbls honey • 2 tbls water • Toasted sesame seeds to taste Directions • Combine gochujang, honey, and water • Add bacon and mix to coat all slices with marinade • Refrigerate for at least one hour • Grill until done, with crispy bits and grill marks • Top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
