RECIPE: 1 cup strawberries, cut in half 1 cup cornbread, cubed and left to dry out on the counter for a few hours Roughly 1/4 cup basil, chopped or torn 1/4 feta, crumbled 1/2 cup cucumber, diced 1/4 cup olive oil 1.5 tablespoons red wine vinegar Combine all of the ingredients except for the oil and vinegar in a large bowl. Emulsify the oil and vinegar by whisking or shaking in a small mason jar and slowly pour over the salad. Toss to coat. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired and enjoy immed
