The neck does a ton of work to hold up our head through the day. This is especially true if you sit at a desk during the day, look down at a phone a lot, do a lot of driving, or other activities that pull your posture forward (ahem — most of us 😉). 

This strain can lead to knots in your muscles, tension, pain, and headaches. It can genuinely affect your day to day activities. 

While stabilization of the neck, upper back, and shoulder blades are important, good stretches are important, too. 

These are two of my favorites that nearly every single one of my neck & headache patients get.
