These are typically vertical hip extension movements that place more emphasis on the bottom portion of the glute max. So we want exercises where the glutes are under the most amount of load (working the hardest) in the lengthened position.

Remember girls, building your glutes requires:
✔ progressive overload
✔ correct exercise selection & execution 
✔ adequate caloric & protein intake 
✔ and most of all PATIENCE
