Impressionist painter Sergey Volkov Riksovich, a member of the Union of Artists of Russia, was born in 1957 in one of the most beautiful cities of the Volga region - ancient Kostroma. His early art education he received in the Krasnoselsky school (metal art) where he mastered not only jewelry methods, but also knowledge of composition and history of art, painting, sculpture.
