1. Why is the government discontinuing Notarise?

As most countries have lifted entry and domestic requirements related to COVID-19, Notαrise will stop issuing and hosting digital HealthCerts as of 1 May 2024.

Singpass users should access your vaccination records through HealthHub moving forward. Non-Singpass users may refer to the Ministry of Health’s FAQ for guidance.

2. What will happen to existing HealthCerts?

When you receive HealthCerts in your email inbox, it comes in three forms: 

a.“View Certificate” Link

b. QR code
QR code in email
c. OpenAttestation (.OA) file as an attachment
OA file as an attachment in email

The link and QR code will no longer work after 1 May 2024. However, the .OA file can still be viewed by uploading it to Verify.gov.sg.

3. Are there other ways to get my vaccination records?

Yes. Singpass users can access your vaccination records through HealthHub.

Click on the “Login” button at the top of the Navigation bar.

Once logged in, select "COVID-19 RECORDS". There, you can click the "Download PDF" button to download a copy of your vaccination records.

4. If I have trouble retrieving my vaccination records, who should I turn to for help?
