"Many of the concepts are best-practices I've heard before, but it really helped to reinforce them with so much user data. I think the data will also help me share back to my organization and convince them that these are important. I also thought the virtual conference was actually a great opportunity for me! I probably couldn't have justified attending the full conference as I am a communicator and don't do any web or UX design, so having the ability to attend just this course virtually was really valuable. It was also fun to meet and learn from people across the world in the breakout groups!"

You can write clear, easy-to-consume information by developing a deep understanding of how people read online. People rarely read digital content linearly or completely. (If you're doing so now, you're a rare exception!)
Building your UX writing skills will encourage people to read your content and increase desirable behaviors (like purchasing, registering, or sharing information).
