    St. Paul

    City in Minnesota,

445 Niche users give it an average review of 4.2 stars.

Featured Review: Current Resident says Living in Saint Paul in the area of Cathedral Hill is probably the best option around the Twin cities.Very safe and convenient to access most stores without a car. But the farmers market is pretty good in the summer. There are a few good Asian markets on university avenue which a short drive from my neighborhood..
