Pittsburgh Reviews
Rating 4.29 out of 5 869 reviews
Living in Pittsburgh has been a fantastic experience during my time at Duquesne University. The city has a friendly, welcoming vibe and a great sense of community. I love the blend of urban and natural environments; you can explore beautiful parks and trails one day and enjoy vibrant cultural events, restaurants, and shops the next. The public transportation system is generally reliable, making it easy to get around without a car.
However, I would like to see improvements in the affordability of housing and better support for students dealing with the high cost of living. More affordable housing options and enhanced student discounts could make living in Pittsburgh even more enjoyable for college students. Overall, Pittsburgh has been a wonderful place to study and live, and I’m grateful for the experiences and memories I’ve made here.

My overall experience with Pittsburgh was fantastic! The city has a rich history, beautiful architecture, and a great food scene. I loved exploring the different neighborhoods, visiting the museums, and taking in the stunning views from Mount Washington. The people were friendly, and there was always something interesting to do. I recommend Pittsburgh as a travel destination.
Pittsburgh is a vibrant city with culture, diversity, and immense opportunities embedded throughout. Pittsburgh is a haven for people from all different walks of life. It is a place where public transportation is reliable, kids, play outside frequently, and there are always exciting and creative opportunities. On the other hand, many areas of Pittsburgh have seen an uptick in crime. I believe Pittsburgh needs to continue to implement laws so that all its residents can feel safe, regardless of what area they reside in. Additionally, I want continued access for all residents to obtain fresh food and safe and affordable housing.
