Eligibility of attending
The Ministerial Programme is an invitation-only event, targeted at senior government and industry leaders.
In 2025, attendance will be open to senior leadership from selected:
- National ministries, including telecommunications, digital agenda, finance, gender and health
- Regulatory authorities for telecommunications, data protection, identity and central banks
- City governments
- International organisations and intergovernmental bodies and
- C-level and senior regulatory representatives from the mobile industry
Invitations to governments, international organisations and industry will be sent in the autumn.
