First time I've heard someone include Harvey Scales "What's Good For You" in their rotation. The flip side of the 45', "I Wanna Do It" also got some play. They both remind me of parties in 1972.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS - I was introduced to Patti Labelle with her album Burnin in 1991 and grew to love her. She brought the energy into R&B. My favourite track on that album is I Don't Do Duets which she sung together with Gladys Knight - those two gals are still kicking, singing and touring - living legends - Thank you so much for giving us 2 gems in one session.
I’ve heard your musical request and wasn’t completely happy with what I found in my archive. So I made a bike trip to my trusted record dealer last Saturday. I picked up two albums of Patti. "Nightbirds" (1974) and "LaBelle Chameleon" (1976). The earlier LP musically is a little more interesting but lady LaBelle is a pure power house on both vinyl records. Rest assured you had an impact on my collection for which I am sending my thanks.
