Political parties are battling to win your vote as the General Election campaign enters its frantic final days.

Polling stations will open at 7am on Thursday and candidates across the country are making a last push to secure support in every seat across the UK. A record 4,515 people are trying to get your vote in the 650 constituencies across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

You have probably had flyers through your door or been approached by activists pounding the pavement over the past few weeks. But do you know who is running to be your MP? Constituency boundaries have changed since 2019, with some seats abolished altogether.

Search your postcode using our handy widget to find out your constituency and who the candidates are:

Which constituency am I in?

There are now 543 parliamentary seats in England, 57 in Scotland, 32 in Wales and 18 in Northern Ireland - and they are all up for grabs on July 4. Each of the 650 constituencies will elect one MP to represent them in Parliament.

The party with the most MPs determines who wins the election and forms the next Government. Recent boundary reforms have meant the map has been redrawn, so your constituency may have changed.

Some are being merged, others will see parts shaved off and tacked onto neighbouring seats. Some have been scrapped completely. You can check by using our handy postcode tool above.

Who are the candidates in my constituency?

More than 4,500 people are standing at the General Election on 4 July - which according to the BBC is a record number. This is in part due to Nigel Farage's Reform UK party standing more than 300 candidates next month than they did so back in 2019.

In total, the Tories are standing in 635 seats across the country while Labour are standing in 631, the Liberal Democrats in 630, Reform UK in 609 and the Green Party in 585. The deadline for submitting nominations for the General Election passed at 4pm on Friday June 7. You can check your candidate using our handy tool above.
