Microsoft has announced the remaining Xbox Game Pass August 2023 titles and it includes the new multiplayer title The Texas Chain Saw Massacre launching day one.

Xbox Game Pass subscribers are in for a fairly light latter half of the month with the August 2023 lineup as almost everyone is waiting for Starfield to launch onto Xbox and PC. However, it's easy to forgive it as it's a pretty solid set of games arriving later in the month, with two of those being day one releases at that.

First to the plate is The Texas Chain Saw Massacre which follows the multiplayer formula set by titles like Dead By Daylight and Friday the 13th. The game launches later this week and has received solid acclaim sitting at a respectable 79 on OpenCritic. Later in the month marks the arrival of Sea of Stars which is also a part of the PS Plus Extra and Premium August 2023 games, so you're in luck no matter what platform you play on (except the Nintendo Switch I guess).
