Justin Timberlake faces another day in court after he was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

The Grammy-award winning hitmaker, 43, will appear in court on July 26, meaning it looks like he will have to cancel his Polish leg of his current world tour, with the star supposed to be playing in the European country on the same day.

And it's this issue that Timberlake is said to have had playing on his mind at the time of his arrest.

During the encounter, in which the former NSYNC man was cuffed by officers, a source told The New York Post that Timberlake said under his breath: "This is going to ruin the tour."

The cop who arrested him reportedly asked what tour, seemingly unaware of the status of the man he had arrested, and the singer allegedly replied: "The world tour," referring to his ongoing global The Forget Tomorrow tour.

The gigs mark Timberlake's first worldwide tour in seven years and his seventh headlining concert tour.

Timberlake was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated in Sag Harbor in the Hamptons. After his arrest, a red-eyed mugshot of Justin was released by the Sag Harbor Police Department.

The The Suffolk County District Attorney issued a statement on Tuesday morning that read: "On June 18, 2024, Justin Timberlake was arrested in Sag Harbor for Driving While Intoxicated. He will be arraigned in Sag Harbor Village Justice Court this morning. At this time, we have no further comment."

While Timberlake was released without bail after appearing in court on Tuesday. His wife, Jessica Biel, was seemingly ignoring the incident as she was spotted still going about her role on the set of her upcoming movie.

Body language expert Judi James told the Mirror the snaps taken of the actress showed she was offering the "classic A-list polite but blank expression" amid the drama. Analysing the images of Biel from the set of her upcoming Amazon series The Better sister in New York City, James said it was clear Biel was simply in the mindset of "getting on with the job". James told us: "Jessica seems to have opted for the classic A-list ‘polite but blank’ expression where the head is up but the eyes are down and the mouth curls into the faintest of smiles to avoid any suggestion of looking glum or affected by all the drama."
