Justin Timberlake's lawyer spoke out about the singer's recent driving while intoxicated arrest.

The singer was arrested for driving while intoxicated (DWI) early Tuesday morning. Edward told TMZ: "[We] look forward to vigorously defending Mr. Timberlake against these allegations. He will have a lot to say at the appropriate time." He added: "He is currently awaiting full discovery from the DA's office."

Justin's July 26 court date, is the same day his European leg of his Forget Tomorrow World Tour kicks off in Krakow, Poland. The cop who arrested him reportedly asked what tour, unaware of who the man he just arrested. The singer allegedly replied: "The world tour," referring to his ongoing global The Forget Tomorrow tour. This is Justin's first worldwide tour in seven years and his seventh headlining concert tour.
