How to Delete Your Temu Account Permanently
You can delete a Temu account by heading to the Settings section of the app or on the website.
Delete a Temu Account on iPhone or Android
Open the app and navigate to the You tab. Click on the Settings option (gear icon) in the top-right corner, and choose Account security. Scroll down and tap on Delete your Temu Account.
The app will show some tips of what to do before deleting your Temu account. This involves reviewing your account to save any information you may need later, as deleting the account will remove everything. Make sure there are no ongoing or incomplete orders, as you won’t be able to track them once the account is gone. Additionally, if you have any available coupons or credits in your account, you may want to use them.
Once you have cleared any obstacles, tap I want to permanently delete my Temu account -> Continue. Provide a reason for deleting your account, and choose Continue -> Continue deleting -> Delete. Verify your identity, and tap Submit.
Delete a Temu Account on a PC
If you are using Temu on your desktop, click on the Orders & Accounts option in the top pane. Choose Account security -> Delete your Temu account.
Carefully review the consequences of deleting your account, and choose I want to permanently delete my Temu account -> Continue. Choose a reason for deleting your account, and click Continue again.
Click Continue deleting -> Delete. Verify your identity, and click Submit. A prompt will confirm that your deletion request was received by Temu.
What Happens When You Delete Your Temu Account?
When you delete your Temu account, you will be automatically logged out. All your personal information, including your account details (username, email, addresses, and other credentials), order history, payment methods, and wishlists will be deleted.

How Long Does it Take to Delete Your Temu Account?
Account deletion typically begins after a short period of time (approximately seven business days) once your request is submitted. During this time, you can resolve any open matters on the platform. Temu will delete your account automatically and send you a confirmation email once that period of time has expired.
If you change your mind before the account is deleted, you can sign in to your Temu account, and click on the Cancel deletion request button in the prompt.
