I have used this above tool to create backup of my Office 365 backup. This tool is good to export Office 365 Mailbox to PST. Because of its simpler and interactive user interface, a non tech user can also execute this tool.

The best feature of Systools Mac Office 365 Backup Software is that it just has to
be set up once and then forgotten. Once you add it to your Office 365 accounts, it simply
performs the actions listed on the box. Drilling down is all that is required to retrieve a file
that has been destroyed. The ability to recover only one file rather than the entire directory is
a really helpful feature.

I was searching for a solution to backup Office 365 mails. There are few online solutions available in the market but I didn’t find any reliable solution for Mac users.
