What does a focus on ‘online banking’ mean in this context? 2. Thinking of enabling banking tools that are top-of-mind for bankers, biometric authentication topped the list at 44%, ahead of predictive analytics, generative AI and chatbots. Why is this a focus for banks? 3. Half of executives surveyed said up to 5% of their team’s daily tasks could be executed by generative #AI by the end of the year. Why is this not higher?
