Members of ASHE participated in a working group led by the ICC Committee on Health Care to develop four proposals, to help clarify the storage, use or handling of alcohol-based hand rubs in health care facilities within the IFC. These were all adopted during The International Code Council (ICC)'s public hearings in Orlando, Fla., in May, 2024.
