There are risks with this product—the effects of BOTOX® Cosmetic may spread hours to weeks after injection, causing serious symptoms. Alert your doctor right away as difficulty swallowing, speaking, breathing, eye problems or muscle weakness can be a sign of a life-threatening condition. Patients with these conditions before injection are at the highest risk. Side effects may include allergic reactions, neck and injection-site pain, fatigue, and headache. Allergic reactions can include rash, welts, asthma symptoms, and dizziness. Don’t receive BOTOX® Cosmetic if there’s a skin infection.     For Boxed Warning and full Prescribing Information, see https://lnkd.in/gFi3bXxE - The one and only BOTOX® Cosmetic offers your patients the natural-looking results they want.2,* In two clinical trials, 90% and 82% (n = 260 each) of patients reported they were “Mostly or Very Satisfied” (top 2 out of 5 responses) with their treatment results at Day 60 versus 1% and 3%, respectively, for placebo (n = 6 total). *84% (n = 592) of pooled subjects who received 20U in forehead lines and glabellar lines, respectively, reported being “Mostly or Very Satisfied” with the natural-looking result of treatment compared to 5.8% (n = 241) with placebo at Day 30. This item was part of the Facial Line Satisfaction Questionnaire Follow up Treatment Satisfaction domain. The risk of symptoms can also occur in adults treated for spasticity and other conditions, particularly in those patients who have an underlying condition that would predispose them to these symptoms.
