Meet our Market Sales Manager, Paul Winstead! Paul has been in the fire sprinkler industry for over 35 years. His career started off in the engineering department, where he initially gained a lot of experience working in the fabrication shop before moving on to his role as an engineer. Paul has learned fire protection design from some of the best fire sprinkler designers and fire sprinkler installers in the industry. Over the past 30 years he has served in many roles, including Design Manager, Project Manager, Estimator, Senior Contract Manager, Branch Manager, District General Manager, and Owner/Manager. Paul has designed and managed a wide range of projects including Nuclear Power Plants, Chemical Plants, Manufacturing Facilities, Military Installations, Government Buildings, Hospitals, Schools, and Warehouses. Paul is passionate about fire sprinkler design. He states, “What I love about design is that it starts as an image in your mind. That mental image is transferred to paper, and that design is transformed into a structure.
