Learning about jobs in the ski industry! For most young people in our Career Development program, this is the first job/professional experience that they've ever had. As such, it's our goal to expose participants to as many opportunities as possible. Recently our Colorado cohort visited Vail Resorts HQ to explore the numerous career paths and learn directly from people tenured within the ski industry. These kids love skiing/riding and being able to help them connect their passions to careers is what it's all about. #epicpromise

Our Career Development Program is in full-swing for the 5th summer in a row! Through this program, SOS teens and alumni are learning key career skills and then implementing them in paid summer internships throughout the outdoor industry. It’s through experiences like these, that our young people discover their potential and feel equipped to be successful in whatever they choose to pursue next.
