In this section you will learn about the latest product updates of the WebSniffer project.

WebSniffer is an Internet intelligence platform in the making that is going to track changes on the web and provide actionable insights to its users. The platform can currently view HTTP response headers of any web page, do domain name lookupsIP address lookupsreverse DNS lookups and provide user’s information such as their IP address, user agent and more. You can also generate secure random passwords with WebSniffer.

✨ Introducing Reverse DNS Lookup

WebSniffer launches a new tool to perform a reverse DNS lookup of any IP address. A reverse DNS lookup or reverse DNS resolution is the querying technique of the Domain Name System to determine the domain name associated with an IP address. Currently only IPv4 addresses are supported, but the support of IPv6 addresses should follow soon.
