Seth Swaringen, P.E. is a vital member of our Fort Worth/Dallas elite team at Quiddity, bringing not only invaluable TxDOT experience but also a genuine eagerness to support others. Seth's strong work ethic is complemented by his cheerful and positive attitude, creating a motivating environment for everyone. He is proactive in his communications, promptly responding to emails and calls with insightful answers and effective solutions.

Seth brings more than 11 years (5+ years at Quiddity) of transportation project development experience specializing in roadway infrastructure for TxDOT, counties, and multiple municipalities throughout Texas. His expertise includes:
