My first 100 days

1. How would you describe your onboarding experience in your first 100 days at AURELIUS Wachstumskapital?

After a warm welcome day in Munich, I got straight down to work.

Thanks to the buddy programme, I had a direct contact person in addition to my operational supervisor who was able to answer all my questions about joining the company, making it much easier for me to 'settle in' at AURELIUS Wachstumskapital. This allowed me to focus on my operational projects and take on responsibility from an early stage.

2. Three words that describe your impressions so far...

Intensive, exciting, informative

3. Are there any positive experiences or moments that you particularly remember from your first 100 days and that have shaped your image of AURELIUS Wachstumskapital?

If I had any questions about the (sometimes very specific) topics I have encountered in my projects so far, I could always turn to the internal AURELIUS experts, draw on their experience and discuss my solutions with them. I love how helpful and dedicated my colleagues are. Everyone at AURELIUS is always willing to take the time to share advice and other practical insights.

4. What personal goals did you set yourself for the first 100 days and to what extent did you achieve them?

In the first 100 days, I focused on making a tangible impact quickly, familiarising myself with industry-specific topics and building trust with the employees of the investment as a basis for working together. This has helped to build my knowledge across different business functions, while allowing me to gain exposure to how different teams work.

5. What advice would you give to other new employees preparing to join AURELIUS Wachstumskapital? Are there any tips or recommendations from your own experience?

Be open to new topics and industries, be willing to immerse yourself in them quickly and take the chance to have real ownership over your projects at an early stage. With this approach, nothing should stand in the way of a great start at AURELIUS!

6. What are your wishes for the next 100 days at AURELIUS Wachstumskapital?

A continued steep learning curve, successful project completions and building new relationships across the AURELIUS team!
