Jose Escobar and Allison Medina were on-site at the UConn Half Marathon to assist with athlete check-in. The Hartford Marathon Foundation organized another fantastic race, even encouraging some of our team to join in the fun for both the 10K and 5K courses. The course wound through the mountains of Connecticut, making for a chilly but enjoyable race day!

Allison Medina , Alexa Chaviano , and Olivia Thaler were onsite at the Escape From Alcatraz Triathlon, assisting with athlete check-in and ensuring participants were prepared for the challenge ahead. The following morning, they were able to catch views of the swimmers as they plunged into the San Francisco Bay, beginning their daring escape from Alcatraz.

Bank of America Chicago 13.1

Brynne Kelly and Jan Checo had a fantastic time supporting the second race in the Bank of America Chicago Distance Series with Chicago 13.1. For the second straight year, runners were quick to sell out this event and explore the neighborhoods on the West Side. Our team was thrilled to take part in this event, from packet pick-up to the Wellness Walk and Kids Races, and race morning support, the sense of community among participants and supporters was palpable.

Boston Waterfront 5k

Jeanne Medina and Andria Evans traveled to Boston to support the McCourt Foundation's Boston Waterfront 5K, which raises money to support the foundation's mission to cure neurological diseases while empowering communities to build a healthier world. Our team was excited to support this event for the second year and assist with dynamic bib assignment, packet pick-up and race day registration.

Hyannis 1 Triathlon

Jose Escobar and Luisana Batchelder flew to New England to support New England Endurance Event’s first event of the 2024 triathlon season - Hyannis 1 Triathlon! With our new "Status" filter, easily sort your events by active or past status. All your filters – organization, event type, and status – are now conveniently located in one place, giving you more control over your event listings. Customize your event view with versatile tile or list layouts, tailored to your preference. Plus, navigate through your event master effortlessly with a brand-new tab that provides a comprehensive list of all events.

Empower Your Participants with New Account Features

We’ve added a dedicated Fundraising tab to participant accounts, making it simpler than ever for participants to track their fundraising progress, review past donation details, and access donation receipts—all in one place.

Participants can now effortlessly join or create teams directly from their accounts. This new feature provides approved applicants with greater flexibility and fosters a sense of community by making team collaboration more accessible.

Valuable Partner Insights with Improved Allotment Tracking

We’ve upgraded the partner experience with enhanced allotment tracking features. When approving applicants, partners can now effortlessly see which allotment spot will be utilized, providing greater transparency and control.

Partners can now easily track the allotments used by applicants and participants directly within their profiles. This improvement ensures partners have clear visibility into specific allotments utilized, enhancing management efficiency and decision-making.

Enhancing Accessibility, Efficiency, and Engagement

We're committed to inclusivity, which is why we’ve made minor yet impactful enhancements to our registration process to ensure it's more accessible for all participants.

Our platform now supports multilingual transfer messages, allowing international participants to easily translate registrations to their preferred language, enhancing their overall experience.

Additionally, you are now able to streamline your bib management with our new capability to import alphanumeric bibs, making the process more straightforward and efficient. Adding to this, you can maximize the impact of your email campaigns with improved audience targeting.
