Want to make your cold emails more effective? 📧 Meet the OPSA framework: Observation, Problem, Solution, Ask. Here's how it works: 🔍 Observation: Start with a personalized observation about the prospect's business. Show you've done your homework. ❌ Problem: Highlight a challenge they're likely facing. Make it relatable and specific. 💡 Solution: Offer a tailored solution that addresses their problem. How can your product or service help? 👉 Ask: End with a clear call to action. Make it easy for them to take the next step. Hear from Will Aitken and Sell Better's Leslie Douglas as they share how to level up your email game with OPSA.

I like this...BUT Don't take minutes to go over why you called...keep it to an absolute minimum. Going from salesman to business owner I get why people hated cold-callers who couldn't cold call.... Your interruption had better be worth answering. So, deliver it well, fluently and clearly, and wait for the person to respond. Give them space. Don't jump down their throats just to follow your script. You might learn something or hear an opportunity that's more important than what you initially dialed about. Create silence. A no is not a personal never, it's just "I'm right in the middle of something and it's more important than your call - call me back later."
