Hey everyone, it’s been a hot minute since my updates from Cosmoprof but since I’d still be around in HK for another week, thought I’d share some interesting finds here! 🕵️♀️🔍 While checking out the Skincare & Haircare aisles at Watsons & Mannings, these 2 products piqued my interest from a brand called Tsubuporon: 1️⃣ Mole-removal Night Pack 2️⃣ Milia Seeds-Removal Essence Both are in retail for HKD 109, which isn’t too bad in my opinion — roughly about $18-19 SGD..?? This is of course in comparison to perhaps the cost of going to an actual clinic or dermatologist for removal in Singapore (though I’m sure it’ll be cheaper in South Korea vs getting the procedure done in Singapore, from what I’ve heard). Unfortunately, I……. don’t have any obvious moles that I’d want to remove nor milia seeds but I might just see if it’ll work on pigmentation spots instead…. Or I might just sacrifice some off my partner’s — never try never know! 😂😮💨🤭✌️ On formula, like most Japanese products, most of the ingredients are of herbal / natural origins like Ivy Leaf Extract and a few chemical exfoliants like Glycolic Acid. It looks like they’ve positioned the product as such based on these ingredients being able to gently exfoliate the outermost skin layer & I’m intrigued because of the cross-functional adaptation from treating acne to mole and milia removal through a non-invasive format. How effective this is vs the invasive method I won’t know for sure but I must say, Japanese products are big on innovation for sure! Side note: I find Hong Kong to be greatly influenced by Japanese culture than the K-wave from Korea — I wonder why 🤔🤔 #hongkong #productfinds #skincareproducts #productinnovation #beautyindustry #productdeveloper #cosmeticscience
