XCMG Europe recently hosted Health Day 2024, a wonderful initiative to prioritise employee well-being. On 25th April, our team was delighted to participate in activities like smoothiebike sessions, brainfood discussions, and a WorkLifePortal online meeting, all aimed at promoting a culture of wellness in the workplace. The strong turnout demonstrated our team's commitment to personal health and professional development, which we're really proud of! On 2nd July, 2024, XCMG Krefeld hosted 12 students from eight secondary schools in Krefeld, accompanied by their Chinese teacher, Mrs. Yang Fengshi. The students received a warm welcome from Ms. Jun-Min Zinnack, HR Director, Mr. Volker Rosenburg, Director of Operations Management, and Dr.-Ing. On 19 June 2024, XCMG employees in Krefeld enjoyed unlimited coffee, a delicious barbecue and an exciting football match. The day started with a 4-hour coffee bar, which encouraged lively conversation and networking. XCMG Europe recently hosted an exceptional health seminar with a distinguished medical delegation from Jiangsu on 13th June 2024. The event began with a warm welcome and a delightful office tour, setting the scene for an interactive session between the Jiangsu delegation and the XCMG Europe management team. The highlight of the day was an afternoon of valuable health insights, eagerly attended by colleagues from various departments. The seminar included insightful presentations from renowned medical experts from Jiangsu on topics such as atrial fibrillation, first aid, osteoarthritis and lung nodules. A lively question and answer session allowed for personalised health discussions, leaving attendees with a wealth of valuable insights at the end of the seminar.
