Congratulations to the IQC Stage 1 winners! These teams ranked in the top 100 of the competition. Their respective universities had a minimum of 30 teams registered in the competition, and each team member reached Silver level on the BRAIN platform. We can’t wait to see what happens in Stage 2 as we lead up to the Global Finals in Singapore. Ready. Set. Quant!

Our Singapore office hosted a fun-filled Family Day last week. This year's theme was the Olympics, and participants enjoyed games, DIY-designed totes, a magic show and a cookie decorating station!

Our Armenia office visited Gyumri — often described as the cultural capital of the country. The employees took a tour of the city’s most significant sites before enjoying a team dinner.

Our Singapore office participated in United Women Singapore (UWS)'s STEM Festival — engaging with students, parents and educators interested in the quant finance industry. Since 2021, WorldQuant Singapore has established a continuing partnership with UWS, supporting their mission of gender equality through education.

Our London team participated in a Sherlock Holmes-style treasure hunt for their latest team-building activity. Each team deciphered clues, communicated with characters and solved puzzles to reach the endpoint in the shortest time. The activity was followed by a casual dinner.

Earlier this month, WorldQuant hosted a tech talk with Herb Sutter, who has served as chair of the ISO C++ standards committee since 2002. Herb’s talk focused on the key components to a successful project — highlighting value, availability and compatibility.
