Exciting news! Wharton-Smith has completed the Leesburg Pine Street & CDC Parking Lot, and we celebrated the grand opening this week! City Commissioner Allyson Berry remarked, “This new look for Pine Street symbolizes our commitment to the development and growth of Leesburg... Together, we are making Leesburg an even better place to live, work, and celebrate our heritage.” More than 14 small businesses have signed on to revitalize storefronts along the newly remodeled street.
