How fab to have such great public feedback! …….. As you know, I don’t normally disclose the providers I work with. This service is being proactive with a current good rating to ensure they can maintain a good rating and work on continued services improvements as part of their service planning . An assessment took 2 x days. Onsite feedback and solution focussed discussions. A comprehensive report with action planning points ready to move to an action plan/service improvement plan. The service system and process evidence was aligned to the quality statements using the #cqc key questions and legislations for compliance. Governance oversight formed part of the assessment with the learning culture embedded in the service reviewed. Are you confident your service is CQC or PAMMs assessment ready? Give me a shout!

When I took on the role of Quality Manager, one of our teams was struggling really hard. They were averaging less than 80% as a team. The guidelines are tough for this client. They needed some serious love from a manager that had the time and passion to devote to them. Today, our team scored a 98.11%. I need to say it again. 98.11%. To see this team grow like this has been the highlight of my career so far. It is amazing to be doing what I love with a team that is this open to learning and growing. Thank you, Weller HIT teams!
