Part of a ecosystem to develop omnichannel strategies to gain and manage opt-ins. Particularly interesting when moving into new TA's with new customer groups and for biotechs (focused on rare diseases) from the US who are moving into Europe and require more digital-heavy GTM models. Still seeing the need for providing strong omnichannel campaigns to firstly gain the opt-ins, but then make strong use of the opt-ins once they are gathered.

Ask any sales or marketing professional… Launching new products and building new territories is not easy. Over a year ago my husband, Dean Peaple , joined this company to launch a new division of window coverings. Through operations and production challenges, changes in leadership and the minimal marketing support common with ‘startups’ - my husband never gave up! I have watched him be tenacious and creative, using common sense, guerilla tactics, and teamwork- always finding a way. I know the road is long, - and I admire my husbands patience and perseverance. When you work hard and see a reward with a Win like this- you have to celebrate! Most of us are so busy doing the work we do- we forget to take time to celebrate the wins. It’s as easy as 123… 1. Take a moment to reflect on your wins 2. Be proud of your accomplishments, 3. Share your gratitude with those that helped you achieve your goals. Celebrate the Wins!

I've also valued peer recognition over any other thing. 🏆 . Awards and metric accomplishments are great and show talent, hard work and personal ability. Peer recognition displays culture and is really a true indication of organizational health (both accomplishment and a team that values others). . The world needs wrestling. Wrestling is the human experience. Where grappling with opponents mirrors the struggles we face in our daily lives. Through wrestling, individuals learn invaluable lessons in perseverance, resilience, and the art of navigating adversity. Each match becomes a microcosm of the human condition, offering profound lessons in confronting fears, pushing boundaries, and extracting wisdom from triumphs and setbacks alike. Wrestling, therefore, stands as a timeless conduit for mining the depths of our past experiences and transforming them into catalysts for growth and self-discovery. My favorite quote: The "Man in the Arena" quote comes from a speech given by Theodore Roosevelt, the 26th President of the United States, in 1910. Here's the quote: "It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. I feel mixed emotions as I bid farewell to two of my dear colleagues from the industry Bhargav Dasgupta and Roopam Asthana. We have fought many battles together and many against each other.
