#IQ by #COUNTRY: CONTROVERSIAL INFOGRAPHIC Long I have been waiting fo some controversial infographic to hit my messagebox, only to stumble upon this one that is pretty interesting. Not that it is enough controversial by its mission to compare #states by #intelligence. The real controversies of this graph are: a] the differences among the state are so small that they have to fall into #statistical #error, at least from place 6 down. b] you can only measure IQ on those #who #voluntary chose to get it measured. So that means that you cannot ensure even comparable cohorts of subjects per each country. What if people in country are clever, but don’t have a need to prove it by taking explicit IQ test? (Or the other way around: people are dump and don’t want it to be surfaced by getting tested?) It is probably well intentioned from @Seasia, but is more misleading than useful. Or is it?!
