We visit over 100 destinations worldwide, so it is important that the communities in these ports are as happy to have us as we are to be there — and that goes for the local wildlife too 🐬🐠 . In honor of Tourism Day (that's today), we want to give a shout out to our Shore Things teams. They make sure our local tour operators are held to the highest standards, ensuring that environmental, safety, and animal welfare standards are met. For example, we don't promote tours featuring captive whales or dolphins. We believe these magnificent creatures should be appreciated in their natural habitat. But that's not the only thing we do to benefit the lands we visit and the seas we sail.
