Statement from Venture Global LNG regarding further FERC delay   "Venture Global is deeply disappointed that CP2 is yet again absent from the FERC Agenda. It has been eight months since FERC issued a Final Environmental Impact Statement for CP2, making it one of the longest to ever sit before the Commission. We remain confident that we have met or exceeded all regulatory requirements that are necessary to move forward with the project.    Relying on what has historically been a fair and predictable regulatory regime, free from political interference, we have launched off-site construction and spent billions of dollars on the project. First LNG is expected in 2026 should the federal government act without further delay to approve CP2. Phase One is nearly sold out with 9.25MTPA of 10MTPA contracted. 2/3 of that capacity is committed to our allies in Germany and Japan who are counting on the LNG to replace lost Russian volumes.    We are hopeful that FERC will remain the independent agency it always has been."

Wake up America. Clean American natural gas and American jobs to replace coal and communist Russia gas. What are they thinking in the Biden administration. Oops, we all know the answer to that question.

The “FERC” was just here on “Lake Charles”..wanting citizen input.. I have no idea which citizen they are speaking to, but here’s some unanimous input for the FERC, everyone sort of seeing what’s happening here, all the way to DC. Correct me if I’m wrong..the FERC is appointed by the executive branch..what!!!! It’s time to fire this board and appoint another. Is all members of the FERC true SME’s in their field??? Let’s ask our Congressman? Mark Abraham. Clay Higgins. John Kennedy, Dr. Cassidy..let’s ask them to talk to Joe, in which I can tell you they are getting hammered.

Explain what is likely the longest or near the longest ongoing comminishing period for an LNG project in history.

By not allowing this project to advance, we are forcing our allies to continue purchasing LNG from our economic,  political and military advisory. This is a slap in the face of Germany by the Biden administration!

I'm a single issue voter this November - CP2 permit status will determine my vote.
