If you want to do work on defect reduction, you typically work with a method, maybe it's even called defect reduction, etc. and you follow some approach, PDCA, a DMAIC, or something. But one tool that is very effective to use is - 𝗮 𝗤𝗔 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘅. If you do 𝗮 𝗤𝗔 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘅, you're going to follow the entire process and look at all the different situations where the product could be touched by the elements. It gives much more, understanding of what is happening, to the product and the real reasons behind your defects. Don't just stay inside the machine or production line.
