An international healthcare billing firm in Tel Aviv is looking for a billing agent. This position is remote. Responsibilities: Locating, contacting and helping patients complete the claims process with their insurance companies Working with insurance companies worldwide in order to complete and negotiate the claims process and settle accounts Communicating by telephone and email with patients and insurance companies Preparation of correspondence by mail and fax to patients and insurance companies Requirements: Undergraduate university degree - minimum High level written and spoken English – Must Superior oral and written communication skills Honed analytical and investigative skills Strong organisation and administrative skills Self-motivated, organised and flexible individual Multilingual, multi-cultural and cultural sensitivity Any additional language - Advantage Past experience in varied commercial industries, related to insurance and health industries – advantage NOTE: The position requires a period of 1-2 months training at the office Send your CV to lara@urbanrecruits.co.il with “Billing agent” in the subject.
