On June 7, the European Commission (EC) has drafted a commission delegated regulations on the listing of UV328 and Methoxychlor as prohibited persistent organic pollutants. The draft aims the addition of methoxychlor and UV328 to Annex A of Regulation EU 2019/1021 on persistent organic pollutants.
