He tutors some of our most challenging subjects and can help with a wide variety of topics.” In Jose's words: "About eight years ago, a friend told me about Tutor.com and although I was a bit skeptical about online tutoring, I applied and started working as a calculus and precalculus tutor. The skepticism faded away with the first few sessions. Since then, I’ve met hundreds of students, and we've learned a lot together. I think that’s what I love the most about tutoring: being able to learn and help others at the same time. I really appreciate the flexible schedule, which has allowed me to continue studying, working, and playing board games with my friends. If you haven’t played or heard about games like Catan or Carcassonne, I suggest you give them a try. They are really fun and might open a whole new world full of variety.
