Interestingly , Market cap of almost all mid size BFSI companies be it in Lending / Broking/Assest management got Tripled in last one year Versus 10-40% increment of large financial services conglomerates ... This data point itself is Sufficient to understand growing needs of specialized products and service providers and limitation of large companies to serve all. As the economy progresses towards mid income country , Love for anything big will Vanish and Tech based financial solutions will be in forefront barring exception of Corporate lending and housing finance. Do note , every big state of USA is having 10-12 big banks /insurance companies.
